These terms apply to all rentals, whether booked online, by phone, or in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Rental Agreement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. By placing a booking online or reserving equipment, you agree to the rental period, pricing, and all terms listed here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The person completing the booking is responsible for the rental equipment and agrees to all terms on behalf of any operator or user of the equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Booking Deposit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A booking deposit may be required to reserve equipment and lock in a rental date and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The booking deposit secures your reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking deposits are <strong>non-refundable if the reservation is missed or canceled without sufficient notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After a completed rental, the booking deposit may be credited back toward the rental total, subject to the terms of the rental.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Damage Deposit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A damage deposit may be required for all rentals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The damage deposit is held to cover any damage, loss, misuse, or additional charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the rental is completed and equipment is returned in acceptable condition, the remaining damage deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If damage occurs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the damage deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer liability is not limited to the damage deposit amount.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If damages exceed the deposit, the renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair, replacement, downtime, recovery, or related expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Rental Use &amp; Responsibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equipment must be used safely and for its intended purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The renter is responsible for all operators using the equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The renter assumes all risk of injury, damage, or loss associated with the use of the equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The renter agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operate equipment in a safe and lawful manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all applicable laws and regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not allow unauthorized or unqualified individuals to use the equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prohibited Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following uses are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reckless, negligent, or abusive operation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Illegal use of equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overloading or misuse beyond intended capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subleasing or transferring the rental to another party without approval<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use in a manner that could cause excessive wear or damage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Equipment Condition &amp; Inspection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All equipment is provided in working condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The renter is responsible for inspecting equipment at pickup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any existing damage must be reported before leaving with the equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to report damage at pickup may result in the renter being held responsible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Return Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Equipment must be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the same condition as received (excluding normal wear)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean and free of excessive debris (cleaning fees may apply)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Late returns may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Late Fees &amp; Additional Charges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional charges may apply for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Late returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaning fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fuel replacement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage or repairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missing components or accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extended rental periods without approval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Booking deposits are <strong>non-refundable for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of OKC Trailer Rentals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>OKC Trailer Rentals is not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Injury, death, or property damage resulting from use of rental equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of time, income, or project delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indirect or consequential damages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All use of rental equipment is at the renter\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Indemnification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OKC Trailer Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use or misuse of equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injury or damage caused during the rental period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of these terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Payment &amp; Authorization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By completing a booking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You authorize OKC Trailer Rentals to charge your payment method for rental fees, deposits, damages, and additional charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree to pay all amounts due related to the rental.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Acceptance of Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By booking, paying, or taking possession of any rental equipment, you confirm that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have read and understand these terms and conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree to all policies outlined above<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You accept full responsibility for the rental equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14.
